History
The Clyde Walkway was created as a joint enterprise by Glasgow City, South Lanarkshire and North Lanarkshire councils, and was completed in 2005.
It runs for about 40 miles (65 km) along the River Clyde from Partick in Glasgow to the Falls of Clyde near New Lanark.
