Registry releases

A fixed copy of the registry each quarter: every code, its route, its facts and what our check against the publisher found. A release never changes once it’s out, so it can be cited.

Each release has every live route and every retired code, which stays reserved and is never reused. The live CSV changes daily in between. Releases come out in January, April, July and October.
